E. W. Stone, Sr. Pre-War 1st Pattern Prototype Brass Knuckles
This is a set of US Navy China pattern brass knuckles that Dad had modified from a crude set he was given by an old China hand Chief Petty Officer in 1939. Dad made these knuckles in very limited numbers for other sailors before WWII broke out. He did not make any knives with these brass pattern knuckles but others in the Pacific did make knives using this pattern in WWII.
